CoinDCX’s extensive consumer research revealed key insights: 59% of participants cited overdependence on Bitcoin and inadequate knowledge as significant hurdles, while 44% pointed to issues of regularity, ambiguity, and volatility. Security concerns is another reason that deterred 29% from investing in crypto.  

Objectives:

In order to address these misinformation, CoinDCX’s campaign positions the platform as ‘India ka Crypto Coach,’ prioritizing education over traditional fear-of-missing-out (FOMO) marketing. By embedding learning into the user experience, CoinDCX aims to guide Indians step-by-step into the crypto world, transforming fear into informed confidence.
